Credits and limits

A credit is a tenth of a cent - 10,000 credits cost $10. It pays for two things: moving data into apps, and the AI behind AnnE. Your own data and starting a run are free, on Free as on every plan.

AnnE building or changing a job, AllE and NealE, formula help, speechWhat the AI costs: about 1,800 a typical build

AnnE's credits follow what AI models cost us, which changes as model prices change. The figure shown is today's typical build. If it goes up, we tell you 30 days ahead in your Worklist; when model prices fall, it falls with them.

At the limit

You are told at 80% and at 100% of the month. On Free, at 100% the steps that use credits and new AnnE builds wait until the 1st, or until you upgrade; steps on your own data keep running. Credits reset on the 1st of every month (UTC).

Free's other limits are hard too: 5 processes, 500 runs a month and 100 a day, at most 50 recipients in a run and 5 on a process's first run. Upgrade on this page moves you to a paid plan, where nothing stops at the limit and 10,000 more credits cost $10.
